I had a great experience here at Eurocare. I brought my 2023 Land Rover Defender 90 in for an oil change and brake fluid service since pricing was great compared to the Houston Southwest Land Rover. I honestly saved over 30% which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was Keianna and her outstanding customer service from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process and had her team check my vehicle to make sure everything looked great and nothing else was needed. She even ordered me a Lyft to take me home while my car was being worked on which I honestly did not expect. Overall it was a very convenient stress free experience and I definitely recommend them to service any luxury vehicle. I’ll definitely keep coming back for all future service.

I got a code in my car one day doing a test drive for my brakes with a buddy of mine and ended up getting a code to visit the dealer and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree so I went to go visit Mercedes-Benz of sugarland and turns out they were trying to take advantage of me being a young man in a Mercedes and tried to up charge me to get money from my insurance and claimed I had water damage and they “couldn’t tell where it was coming from.” Took it to Eurocare and honestly it was my first time going to them and they took full proper care and went the extra mile in everything from servicing my car to keeping me updated. Just give them the time they need to do the repairs on your vehicle and they will do much better and honest work than the actual dealer. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!
