They have had my Jeep Cherokee for 2 weeks. And still can not tell me what’s wrong. First I needed a new battery then they had to detail the inside for test which cause a 2 day delay but still no once called me or anything. It’s bad enough that you have to bring jeep into a jeep dealership to fix electrical problems but gosh…..I really wish I would have went to another dealership. The service is horrible and expensive. Communication sucks. I know the nearest service place for Jeep is like 20 minutes away but trust me it’s worth it to go somewhere else!!!!

Recall service on my 1990s Jeep. Very courteous and accommodating. Have to return for second round but very confident all will be accomplished. Thanks Bryan.

This service department is horrible!!! I brought my vehicle in for service because my radio screen wouldn’t show a full screen only half a screen and eventually my screen went completely out. The service department had my vehicle for 2 days because I was told the diagnostic takes 2 days. When I went to pick up my vehicle my radio screen was on but only half a screen. I told the service advisor that my radio is on but it’s only half a screen and I stated to him this is what my radio was doing before it went completely out. The service adjuster told me my radio needs a hard reset and that takes 2 hours. I took my vehicle back for the hard reset and that didn’t work my radio screen was still just half a screen. I told the service advisor I need a new radio or something because it’s going to go out again like it did before(the service advisor agreed). I told him I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and said it should be on file because when I brought my vehicle in the first time a copy was made. The advisor told me he was going to get in touch with warranty company and get back with me. Of course that didn’t happen so I called to follow up about them reaching out to the warranty company and was told it was pending and they would be in touch. Sure enough my radio screen went completely out just like I said. My husband called the service department to talk to an advisor which he was told they would call him back which never happened. I called back and the phone just rung so I got in touch with the service manager. I told the service manager what I’ve been dealing with and he told me he would talk to the advisor I’ve been dealing with and he would give me a call back.. that didn’t happen either

Called the service department around 10am, someone by the name of Alexia answered, I informed her I wanted to set up an appointment for oil change and that I had free oil changes on my truck, she said “oh you just purchased it recently?” I said “yes it’s 2025” she proceeded to ask for the VIN and set the appointment for 12pm (which I assumed she was asking for all that to look up the coverage) arrived at said time and it wasn’t until 2:30pm that they were done (yes 2.5hours for an oil change) she then says I can’t find your coverage you have to pay $182 for the oil change, she had more than enough time to look it up from 10am-12pm she didn’t say anything when we arrived so I assumed she found it and everything was taken care of, why not say something before the work was started?! Why wait until it’s time to pay to say “oh so sorry couldn’t find your coverage it’ll be $182” or why not bring up in the 2.5 hours we waited?!! Terrible customer service!!!! Stay away from that place, long wait times, won’t tell you they can’t find your coverage before the work is started…… they’ll wait until the work is done so you have no other option but to pay!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned Denali Ultimate 3500 from this dealership, and it was one of the best buying experiences we’ve had. Kolton Jeffries was our sales advisor, and he worked with my husband over the phone to give us a great deal on both the 3500 and our trade, without even seeing our trade in person. We live an hour and a half away and we were able to complete the deal over the phone and sign the paperwork online prior to our arrival. Instead of hanging out at the dealer all day, suffering through the back and forth with a sales manager haggling over prices, we were in and out within 30 minutes. For us, the drive was well worth it! My husband loves his “new” truck, and we would definitely do business with Kolton again!
