DO NOT use this service department, especially if you are assigned Advisor ANGEL. What started as a general repair turned into a two-month nightmare, and it felt like my vehicle was being held hostage. Communication was non-existent; I received confusing, inconsistent updates only after calling them repeatedly. Angel could not explain what was wrong or why the timeline kept shifting. I reached out to the manager for help, and they offered ZERO response. The total lack of accountability from the top down is horrifying. The worst offense, however, was the clear and calculated upsell scam. After the original repair was supposedly complete, Angel suddenly informed me they had "discovered" multiple new, critical leaks that required immediate, expensive replacement parts. This convenient discovery, made only after I was already locked into the repair process, felt SUPER SHADY. When I requested photographic or video proof of these alleged leaks—a standard request—Angel flatly refused. Refusing basic evidence for a critical repair is a massive red flag and suggests these additional issues were either fabricated or grossly exaggerated for profit. The overall experience—two months of frustrating silence, poor management, and a blatant attempt at a dishonest upsell. AVOID this advisor and this dealership at all costs.

I’ve had horrible experiences with this service department and it’s just continued. I know mistakes can be made and I’m an understanding person. But I can not accept that there’s no communication or honesty. I went for a simple oil change and found a new scratch on my car and they bent up my license plate. Also Them washing my car is pointless because how they left it. I had to go wash it right after or run the risk of water stains on my car. This was my last strike.
View on GoogleAbsolutely Abysmal service. Had my truck for a recall for 8 months. Did not get any responses out of them. Had to call Ford corporate to understand. They outright lies about the whole situation. I called to get it fixed after finally getting ahold of the gm, who told me "there's nothing we can do for you, come get your truck. They couldn't even perform a simple recall. Evidently, according to the actual Ford representative, this place does NOT file protocol for recalls. Mac haik did it in 1 week. I'm still trying to get this remedied, I had to pay for my damned recall. I have reported them multiple times to the NHTSA. I have another friend who had her car totaled by big star on the way to caliber. They dropped it off anyway. Guess who had to tell her they totalled it? Caliber! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES HERE
