Started off with a young lady named Michael. She gave me no communication. I had to call her.. Then I moved to the sales manager. January 5 through the 9th my truck was in the shop Picked my truck up on January 12 The alarm was still coming in . The day I picked it up on the 12th. Took the truck back Tuesday, January 13 to Big Store Ford and talk to Mark . He’s trying to get a rental. Came back up here, January 16 and talk to Mark at 11:29. He said next Tuesday he will try to have something.. Still waiting, It’s true with everyone saying in Manvel/Pearland your service is horrible.

Theirs technician did a great job of explaining om the video what is recommended by Ford to keep your vehicle at it's top performance. I scheduled my oil change and they completed it in a timely manner.
