View on GoogleSo last night I got a nasty gash in my tire coming home from work. I got home on the spare and then sent a request for service through Lozano's website after hours. I received a text response first thing this morning which was surprising since it's Good Friday. After a few text exchanges of information I was offered 2 reasonable tire options with prices. I got there at 5:25 pm and was in my car and leaving with 2 new tires, including rotation, by 5:50! This team is impressive from the ease of using the website, the professional communication, to the fast service. It's rare to see a repair shop with a high rating but they really deserve it.

View on GoogleI called the shop today and Mr. Damion was very helpful during our conversation. I took care of a few things before heading over there. When I arrived, Mr. Damion walked up and greeted me. There were a couple of vehicles being worked on then they were going to take care of me next. They were working diligently and finished both vehicles in no time. I pulled into an open spot and they immediately started on replacing my tire. Overall, from the time I arrived until I left, it was probably about 15 minutes. This includes the time I waited to get into an open spot. I appreciate their swift and professional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tire(s) replaced. They offer both new and used tires.
