Unpleasant Experience and inconvenience with this dealership. Les than 3 weeks ago my self and wife leased to own a brand new 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser, after driving off the Toyota lot happy, we put about 150 miles all the sudden the car shows alarms with Check engine/system malfunction/trailer malfunction/break malfunction, I took it back to the dealership on Saturday and spend 2 hours they hand me the vehicle’s key and said ohh it was sitting too long before we gave it to you and that’s why it had this issue now it’s ok. So I drove off with my wife and the very next day had same issue, we took it back to the dealership they gave us a loaner vehicle and promised to took care of ours, two days later they called me and said your vehicle been ready since yesterday and when I asked about the issue, they where ohh it was the 24 volts battery went bad and had to be replaced, you are under factory warranty and replaced with no cost. As soon as we drove off and just arrived home same errors came up again. This time we took it back on Thursday morning, I said you don’t know what you are dealing with and we don’t want to keep a problem, and we would like to return the vehicle, unfortunately the response from most of management team was we don’t own the vehicle anymore it’s between you and TFS (Toyota Financial Services) , and if you would like to return the vehicle you might affect your credit score. I’m writing this review due to the inconvenience and struggle we had to go through in past week, I had to leave work early go to work later in many days to deal with these issues and the response from management is shocking. I have filed a claim with TFS and whatever the outcome is I’m not keeping a problem. Throughout this process I met sometimes with reasonable understanding people but also with rude and disrespectful. I owe a Toyota Corolla, a Highlander, and was in the process to get a Land Cruiser, I’m sure of one thing that I’m not continuing the future experiences with Toyota.

These people are crooks. After bringing my car in for a radar sensor misalignment code, I was quoted $2,000 and informed that the repair was not covered under warranty. However, upon taking my vehicle to another dealership for a second opinion, I was informed that screws were missing from the radar sensor because it wasn’t placed back correctly and that a portion of the bumper appeared to have been previously painted. I have photographic evidence that the other dealer gave me. Do not trust this dealership, they are thieves, I ended up getting the car fixed from the other dealership for free and they gave me a rental on top of that. Be careful of Keating Toyota ,

Despite seeing a lot of negative review people experience from this dealership. I still give it a benefit of a doubt. I had an appointment schedule for a test drive and when I arrive I was told the vehicle is no longer available. The vehicle was sold 2 or 3 days prior but nowhere was mention before my arrival. Then when I started asking about if I could just get a vehicle order and gave him a price budget. The sales manager Eric came up and started raising hell saying it looks like I am the type of person just want to cut a deal from every dealership. Even after hearing that I still reply to him if you were the customer wouldn't you want to see if you can work out a better deal?? When I ask what the price he want he still refuse to tell me the price for the car. Eric still insist I should keep wasting my time to go multiple places to check for the price of the vehicle, Vin number and have a written price by the manager and come back to him and he can match that price. If I can get a better price from another dealership. Why do I need to come back and deal with his bs again?! I seriously dont even know how he got promoted to be the sales manager. He has zero customer etiquette. I'll be taking my money somewhere else. Worst experience ever.

Just want to commend these amazing men… Daniel, Cody, Julian, Al, John, and of course God for helping me through this crazy day, I’m too exhausted to explain but I rolled out with a newer/better deal than I had, and I couldn’t be happier! These gentlemen at Keating were Amazing , I am Never disappointed with the customer service, I will continue to speak highly of the staff because I have been treated so good from the time Keating opened, I was a customer before they opened, I will continue to be!❤️👏🏼🥰 a BIG Thank you to All of you guys, I Do Appreciate y’all 👏🏼❤️

When is for an oil change using a coupon I received from the dealership in the mail. I had previously not been aware of this dealership was even here. Oil change and tire rotation done. Went quickly. I have called and made an appointment last week in advance but was told today I wasn't in the system so wasted some time getting myself in the system a second time set the first time had apparently disappeared. Staff seems nice enough however a poem picking up my car to leave I was told parts needed to be replaced that had already been replaced and I was responded they were replaced a year ago but in actuality I think it was about 6 months. I'll have to check the paperwork in the glove box.. naturally this makes me suspicious whether anything was actually done because it was very quick. So I'll have to check when I get home to see if my tires and oil actually were changed and rotated. Can't recommend and wouldn't be back. Also, the thing that actually prompted me to be over here was the coupon flyer I got in the mail sun on it you could rent a Toyota for 3 three dollars and ninety-nine cents a day. As I'm in the market for a new car I thought oh cool I can rent a newer model and see what kind of changes have been made in the Corolla in the last 3 years turns out the flyer is false advertising and it's actually $3.99 an hour. So the dishonesty apparently runs high and I'll really be surprised if anything was done to my vehicle other than something to call something to break next week. :-( I just don't get why people can't do the right thing anymore in our society
