Very unprofessional shop. The mechanics show up to work whenever they feel like it, with no respect for customers’ time. If you don’t sit there and wait while they’re working on your car, they’ll push it to the end and only focus on vehicles whose owners are standing around watching. I brought my vehicle in for a brake replacement and had to return three times because the brakes were still not functioning properly. That’s unacceptable for such a basic repair and raises serious concerns about their quality of work and safety standards. On top of that, their customer service is extremely poor—dismissive and unhelpful when problems are brought up. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable repairs or professional service.

They are ALWAYS there to help !!! You won't be ripped off or taken advantage of !! They don't waste their money on appearance. It's an established business that's been there when LOS FRESNOS was just a baby.

Took my car in for alignment, they charged me and the car was still the same as when I dropped it off to them. No difference at all, car pulled to the right even after their "alignment" waste of my time and money....

I’ve been to this alignment shop a few times now, I have gotten 2 alignments from them. Today was not the same experience, the workers had a lazy attitude and took over a hour to give me an alignment, and it never happened because I left. There was 3 workers and 2 of them were on their phone. Definitely will never be going back.

Don’t ever visit this place! They are Thefts!!!!Specially if you are a woman going alone! I had a nail on one of my tires and need it changed! The guy helping asked me to check my other tires .. I said no they don’t need any air my car tire pressure was on point as for my car meter! He still removed the other tires! Not knowing he replaced them for older tires and stole my good ones! I was in my car while he did all this so I don’t real sense this till a couple of months later! I should of paid more attention earlier! Point it this is bad business! They can not be trusted to do honest work! So don’t take a risk if ur a woman take a male with you!
