Got my oil changed on April 22nd, two days later I received a low oil notice on my car an hour and half into my drive out of town. Had to pull over to realize whoever changed my oil did not put the cap back on and oil was all over my engine. I had to spend $76 more dollars to fill the oil back up. I went back to get a refund back on my $67 oil change and the owner/manager tried to argue with me asking why I didn’t bring it back to him to fix and refused to give me a full refund back. Only gave me $45 in cash. Will never got back. How are you going to argue with the customer?

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! I will like to start off by saying that Mike, the person that runs this location has no customer service whatsoever. If the owner is seeing this review, you should be concerned of what this guy is doing. I took my car for an oil change on Friday, Friday night I noticed that it was leaking oil. Went back to the shop Saturday morning at 8am, waited for almost 2hrs they came back and said it was the plug that needed to be replaced which i paid $25 for. They said they'll give me a call once it was fixed. I pick up my car at 3:30pm. By 6pm I noticed that is still leaking oil, I actually lift my car to check underneath. To my surprise they applied silicone all around the plug to stop the leaking for a while. So obviously they tried to hide the issue, it looks like they over tightened the plug the first time which cause the tray to Crack around the plug. I go back Monday to talk to Mike, they tell me he's gone for the day. I tell the lady that my car is still leaking and then she tells me "did anybody tell you that the tray needs to be replaced " obviously they know, but nobody had told me anything about it. She said it will be $350 for it to be replaced. Why do I need to pay for it when they tried to hide the issue to begin with. She said she couldn't do anything. I call Mike Tuesday and told him what was going on. He really didn't care and just said "the issue is your car" didn't even apologize or tried to listen to what I was trying to explain. Questioned him as to why they put silicone around the plug he said "we tried to solve the issue" I said NO yall tried to hide the issue. He just said "your tray needs to be replaced and that's it" didn't offer no solution to the problem they caused or tried to take any responsibility for it. Im will be filling a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
