CARSTAR Little Elm

So I just had my second experience with carstar little elm , and would like say they did a great job on both of my vehicles. I chose to wait on the review, because i wanted to see if the second experience/repairs would be as good as the first. Erica gave me a good idea of what to expect, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even called to let me know some parts were unfortunately not delivered on time. Which would potentially extend the repairs a extra day. When I picked up vehicles both times were detailed. Erica went over all the repairs that were done to them told me about all the warranties. So I will definitely be back if I ever need future repairs done . I have also referred some friends and they have been pleased with the repairs as well. Definitely exceeded my expectations would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Carstar of Little Elm. I recently had to unfortunately get some body work done on my vehicle. Doug gave me a rough estimate of 3 to 4 weeks because of having to order GM parts which is understandable. He had my car ready in just a alittle over a week. Not only did they get my car back to me quickly but the body work on my car is fantastic, you can't even tell it was damaged before. Doug also kept me very updated on the process of my car, never left me wondering. Please give this local body shop your business. I promise you won't be disappointed. Had a relatively small run in with our garage door and filed a claim with State Farm. Carstar was on their list of preferred repair facilities. I'm glad I selected them. It was awesome service from start to finish. I contacted them and Valeria set me up with an appointment and coordinated my rental car from Enterprise. Once we dropped off the vehicle Seth contacted me every other day as promised until the vehicle was returned. They returned the vehicle with the work done impeccably and the vehicle clean as a whistle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all. Great business, great service and great people.

I had an unexpected mishap in a parking lot when my passenger mirror got caught by a car next to me, and I ended up backing into another car — total chaos. Car Star took care of everything from start to finish and made a stressful situation incredibly smooth. Not only did they do flawless repair work, but my car came back spotless and looking brand new. The communication was next-level — they called me consistently with updates so I always knew exactly where things stood. They coordinated my rental car, had it ready to pick me up, and the entire process was fast, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. The staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond without ever asking for a review — I’m writing this because the service truly deserved it. I originally chose them because of their excellent ratings, and now I completely understand why. This was a 10-star experience. I’ve used other body shops in the Denton area in the past, and none compare. Car Star is hands-down the best repair shop I’ve ever worked with, and I will always bring my vehicle here from now on. I am happy with my experience with CarStar Little Elm. Erica gave me a quick and fairly accurate quote for my repair. She was very professional and communicated with me quickly and often. She said my car would be ready in 5 days and it was! My car was detailed and beautiful and the work was perfect. I have my son’s car scheduled for repair next week. They have a great reputation and they live up to all their wonderful google reviews.
