I don't usually give reviews, but I believe El Dorado does have their customers best interest at heart. I am very happy with my repair and the customer service. Its good to see some honest people still left. Yes as a business you have to make some profit to compensate. But this place is not over your "big fancy" shops. Even though they are Fancy in my opinion. Great job ! 85 C-10 here. You do realize El Dorado Transmission 's and stuff means specialized in "Eldorado Transmissions" ...

I would not recommend transmission work at the shop for a ford 10 speed. I need my tranny rebuilt. I was having issues almost immediately after this shops rebuild.

I can't say enough good things about this place, Paco is such a nice person, and listens to your concerns and takes care of your vehicle asap. It took two days to get my car back, and everytime I called to get a status update he was more than happy to update me and let me know other issues with my car, but didn't force me to take care of those issues right away like most dealerships or mechanics do. I am so happy that I now have a mechanic I can trust and go to for issues in the future.
