I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light related to an emissions issue, and the team was thorough with the diagnosis. They explained that they needed to smoke test the EVAP system before confirming the repair, which I appreciated instead of them just guessing and throwing parts at it. They ended up replacing the purge valve/related hosing and also handled rear brakes that were legitimately due. The pricing was probably a little on the higher side compared to a small independent shop, but the work was completed, the issue was addressed, and I left with peace of mind. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and appreciated the communication throughout the process.

Took my car to the Little Elm location, to see why my AC stopped working. Was told my compressor failed, and needed to be replaced, costing total $3k. Decided to get a second opinion at another company, and ended up being a simple fix, costing me $160. Was told the first diagnosis could not be possible at all. So it felt like I was about to be taken advantage of. I would caution anyone to get another opinion to confirm or deny the problem before you agree. Seems like they wanted to make more money and take the easy route, rather than properly look for the solution. I didn’t sit right with me.

We brought our car in with a flat expecting to buy 2 new tires and they fixed the flat instead of selling us new tires.
