I cannot recommend this shop enough. The team did an outstanding job on my truck and had it finished far quicker than I expected. From start to finish they kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and even worked with me on the pricing, which meant a lot. It’s not easy to find an honest, trustworthy shop these days, but these guys truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. After replacing my upper and lower control arms, sway bar, hubs, and bushings, my truck is driving better than it has in a long time. Customer service, communication, and workmanship were all top notch. Because of this experience, I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, I highly recommend this shop. In my opinion, they’re one of the best in the entire metroplex and deserve to be recognized for the work they do.

I have known the Eagle Transmission Lavon Dr. family ownership since 2015. I can honestly, and sincerely say that their character and the way that they do business with people daily is how they built their business. They leave no stone unturned when looking into your diagnostic needs and making sure that you’re safe and reliable on the roads of life. They simply go above and beyond and work with a spirit of excellence. We have a single car, an older model, and the power steering belt broke and locked up the steering column last Friday night. Without hesitation, this family business offered to pick up our car and tow it to Eagle Transmission repair shop. Within a day and a half we had a full diagnostic estimate on the car and enjoyed superior communication from Eagle Team Member “Zack” via phone calls & text. Putting Customers 1st “Definitely” made us feel secure & reassured. Zack Took care of our business, every step of the way, being forthright and honest with a quote, even to the point of taking extra care of our vehicle while it’s on the lot. With pending storms on the horizon this weekend in North Texas, Zack also took the extra step to make sure that our vehicle was secure until we can move on it this coming Monday.. I dropped off my 2019 Chevy Silverado for a transmission rebuilt and the service from all in the office was amazing. They were very honest and upfront and repaired my truck in one week. They may be a little higher than some shops but remember that “cheap work ain’t good and good work ain’t cheap”. I waited a few weeks before putting in my review to make sure that their technician were as good as the service writers and manager. Turns out that my truck runs better now than when I purchased it from the dealer. Special thanks to Zack in the office for staying on top of everything and keeping me informed on what was going on day by day. I recommend this shop and will be using them for any major repairs needed!

I had a great experience with Zach at Eagle Transmission. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, my vehicle needs a new transmission and I’m not able to afford the repairs right now, but they were extremely understanding and empathetic about my situation instead of pressuring me. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I definitely plan to come back to Eagle Transmission for the repairs once I’m able to get my car fixed.

My 2020 Ford F-150 was having transmission issues. Brought it in to have it looked at and discovered the transmission had to be completely replaced. Beware this 10 speed is very expensive ( not the shop just the type of transmission ), however everyone from Zach to the mechanic was very friendly and answered any and all my questions. The service was great and the mechanic in the back went out of his way to get my truck taken care of including staying till midnight and working through the weekend to get the work done. These guys were great and I highly appreciate and recommend them. Thank you to each and everyone involved in the repair of my truck.
