I was in search of another mechanic shop and came across USA Auto and Collision. I met a nice gentleman name Weal who greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. I explained what I thought the issues were with my car and he said to leave the car and he would take a look at it, and he would calll before the work was done. But because I didn't have a ride home and it was going to be a while to look at my car, Weal went over and beyond his services by offering me a ride home. I was so pleasantly surprised at the superb customer service given. Weal had my car fixed by the end of the day and had me on my way to continue my work week. I will be recommending anyone who needs car repair or tires to USA Auto Collision, because of how they made me feel so comfortable and compassionate to my needs. My alternator had broke down and I needed to get it replaced ASAP. I called multiple places such as Firestone and they not only gave me a quote of $700 but also said it would take them the whole day. When I called up USA auto and collision, a very kind man by the name of Wael picked up. I told him my issues and he said he could get it done and replaced within the hour. I did buy the alternator myself from autozone but wail got the job done within an hour (although he told me 2) as soon as I got to the shop. He charged me $200 and did a fantastic job. When I asked him for a charger for my phone that was about to die, he left everything and found me a charger. When I told him I needed to pray, he took me upstairs, gave me a prayer mat, turned on the AC and gave me a cold bottle of water. This man was so kind that I don’t even know how to put it into words. While I was waiting for my car to get done, he came to the waiting room and told me that my car was completely out of oil. He said don’t worry about it, I’ll fill it up for you. Despite my insistence to pay for the oil change, he wouldn’t allow it. On top of that, when I tried to tip him, he wouldn’t accept the money. This is by far, one of the nicest and kindest individuals I have met in a while. I thought to myself that if we have more people like Wael in the world, this world would be a better place. 10 stars. My man deserves a raise.
