I cannot recommend 24 Hour Wrecker Service enough, especially their employee Cody. I was in a real bind at the tow yard when the first company I hired showed up without the proper licensing and paperwork to complete the job. I was stuck and didn’t have the extra funds to reschedule another tow, and I was genuinely worried about having to dip into my rent money just to get my car back. Cody stepped up in a huge way and helped me out of that situation just in the nick of time. His professionalism and kindness saved me from a major financial headache. It is rare to find that kind of integrity and genuine helpfulness these days. I also have to mention the office staff! They were so kind and kept their cool while the other tow driver was being unprofessional toward them. Great people and even better service. If you need a tow, ask for Cody—he’s a lifesaver! Kalyn was amazing. With the type of morning I was having she made everything painless and easy for me. I really appreciate that type of customer service. Especially when people have to come to places like this for never a good reason. A good attitude can make a world of difference.

BUT when I called 24HR, Jennifer answered with a friendly, upbeat voice and was very helpful with my situation. When my family and I came up there she was respectful and patient with my questions and situation. She looked genuinely happy to help us and we were very thankful for that. Also Jonathan assisted us with finding our car and he also, like Jennifer, was a happy helpful person. They made this experience less stressful and we appreciate that. Definitely recommend 24HR, they treat you like a human being and not a money sign.

View on GoogleKalyn was very helpful and professional. If you ever need towing I would recommend 24hr Wrecker. They are open 24hrs which is a huge convenience when needing to come get your car or get property out of the car. The Fees aren't that expensive either.
