I will say they did good work but when I called and let them know my front end was falling off they never reached back out to me. I'm highly disappointed in the manner they treated the situation. My car left me for repair in great condition (other than the hail damage) and came back falling apart. They don't treat you with professionalism, or respect, the receptionist speaks to you rudely as is she was the one doing the repairs. Please stick to your job and let the grown-ups speak business. I've since had my car fixed by someone else and they stated the clips that held my bumper up were broken and the plugs in the wheel well were all out. They explained how when they took my car apart for repairs this could happen. So be careful and have a back up plan if this happens to you so your beautiful car is back to 100%

Recently had Xavier Morris work on my car and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. As someone who's particular about their vehicle, I was initially hesitant, but Xavier tackled everything perfectly with great communication along the way. The dent repair is great. The new interior trim pieces blend seamlessly with the original components, maintaining that premium feel. The window tinting job is exactly what I wanted, with perfect consistency across all windows. I really appreciated Xavier's personal expertise. He understood my specific requirements. His work shows a genuine passion for the job. The results speak for themselves - my car looks better than before.

It has been 2 months since I got my truck back. The process took awhile due to insurance and so forth, but wow Metal Majic customer service is on point. They will text you and let you know any updates of your vehicle. They are there by your side and in the meantime I also got a rental vehicle, so I am glad they are close to Enterprise and I would recommend Metal Majic for your auto hail repair. It has been 2 months and I haven't noticed any hail dents. They did a wonderful job and they even replaced my cargo bed truck light and all of this, they still put a smile on! 😁 I would like to give a shout out to everyone at Metal Majic for their A+ service and beyond customer service!

Update: The owner, Jason reached out and was easy to work with in getting things repaired & having my vehicle cleaned. One of the rear pieces that got replaced connected to the camera (I’m assuming) so after replacing said piece the rear camera was missing the guidelines. This function needed to be calibrated by the dealership & Erica handled that. She was very easy to work with & I appreciate her efforts. Overall, I’m thankful they fixed everything and all the accommodations they made. It sucks to have dealt with any of it to begin with, but at least Jason will fix what they mess up. Original: Sent my vehicle in for minor hail damage… Car returned two months later dirty with oil marks and a white substance in the interior, scrapes, and gashes throughout. Techs left their trash in my car. Haven’t heard from anyone other than Tina, the scheduler. They returned my vehicle without my side stickers. Their contractor was supposed to contact me to come to my house and apply the side trim stickers, never heard from him. They could easily compare the 20+ pics of damage I’ve sent in with “their before” photos but so say they can’t see my pictures and I need to come in so that the can examine my vehicle. Don’t recommend.

Just wow!! Lamar and team did such an amazing job, I was dragging of the idea of fixing my car after it got hailed on but when I tell you this business took care of everything they literally did, from pick up to drop off it’s like if nothing happened! They are all very professional and definitely seems too good to be true but from my experience it was awesome, they even detailed my car!! don’t think twice go with them you won’t be disappointed!! Big shout out to the repair people for an awesome job and the ladies at the front desk which answer all your questions and are constantly getting back at you with updates on your car !
