I called the shop to ask if they had experience with DEF-related issues, and they immediately asked the right questions truck model, year, and engine to confirm they could help. That gave me confidence, so I sent my cousin out with the truck. The first day they mainly scanned the truck, and the second day it wasn’t fully diagnosed until later in the evening. I do wish a deeper diagnosis had been done on day two, because once the issue was identified, the repair itself was fairly quick. That would’ve helped avoid my cousin having to stay at a hotel for two extra days. That said, once they locked in the problem, they fixed it correctly and had the truck running 100% again. Overall, they’re knowledgeable and got the job done. I’d still recommend them for DEF-related issues, just with the expectation that the process may take a bit of time.

View on GoogleGreat shop. Don’t let looks fool you. These guys know what they are doing. I’ve arrived earlier than agreed upon. Nevertheless friendly mechanic at the shop came over and helped me out right away. Few moments later . The technician that I spoke with earlier showed up right on time. After little conversation we decided on path of the repair. Technician was flexible and able to get the job done the way I wanted. This shop has some skilled welders. They were able to fabricate some brackets and hangers on the spot. Again very skilled and professional. Price was fair. This place has a good labor rates . In my experience they’re labor worth every penny. They took care of my truck with a great care. Just like I would if I was working on it my self. Great attention to detail. I have priced up my furniture repairs. And looking forward to committing back to get more of my truck fixed up here. This shop was recommended to me by good friend of mine. And he did mention that it was a great place with reliable people. He wasn’t wrong . This place is great. With actual mechanics who fix problems and not just replace bunch of unnecessary parts.
