I am a fleet owner. I own multiple trucks and I also own exotic cars not only did I take my trucks. I took my exotic car not really a fan of name dropping, but I also took my Rolls-Royce truck what I mean by this my trucks are the Rolls-Royce of trucks my babies, my livelihood he not only got me what I needed. He worked directly with the insurance companies which they always try to bully the customers not to pay anything he negotiated got my truck fixed and this guy Brad is just an awesome guy. He’s the owner and his staff. I’m telling all my celebrity friends and anyone else about this guy. He also did the work on my Maserati I can’t wait to post everything online and tag their page if they have one. The owner gave me the keys to his car and I just looked at him like I’m not touching that car. It’s too expensive even though I own expensive cars too, but it’s not mine lol really cool guy. He’s definitely about his business Don’t be fooled or try to take his kindness for weakness. The type of businessman I admire very successful guy and started from scratch. This is not some fortunate 500 company that got passed down to him. He blew this company up with his bare hands from scratch, nothing but strategy and hustle and sweat and tears to now have almost 5 stars and people love this guy. He has a really dope story.

Top notch outfit. Made my 01 F250 look sexy again after a new windshield, some rust repairs, and door gaskets. Then they fixed my Tacoma’s broken wing and door window. Brenda and Sergio kept me up to date with repairs and estimated costs. Both vehicles were washed and vacuumed. I wish more companies operated like this.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Welches Collision. My son’s truck was recently totaled, and I needed to get his belongings out before it was picked up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it there in time. To my surprise, the staff had already gone through his truck and carefully set aside his belongings for me. This may not sound like much, but anyone who knows teenage boys knows their trucks are often full of all kinds of things — from important items to a lot of junk. The fact that the staff took the extra time and effort to sort through it all, when they didn’t have to, truly meant a lot. It showed me how thoughtful, professional, and caring they are. Welches went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. That kind of customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They have 2 locations in the area, La Porte and Deer Park. Both are amazing. First off the front ladies make sure you are aware of every step of the process. This was my first time having to utilize a collision place and insurance, Athena from the La Porte office, explained in detail what was expected and handled EVERYTHING. Got my rental to me and when my car was ready, she had my car taken to the Deer Park location because they stayed open later. Lindsey, at Deer Park was very cordial and explained the warranty in detail and I was able to pay them for the services in La Porte. SO CONVENIENT!! For the body work, they did above and beyond!!!! Not only did they do a great job on what was expected but they went behind that. I had a little light dangling, not pertaining to the collision, and they fixed it. They also detailed my car so when I got in it she had that new car smell. I didn't realize how much I missed her. I would give 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WELSH COLLISION CENTER!!!! I will add you to my x-mas card list 😉
