I recently reached out to Rembers and spoke with David about some door damage on my truck. I brought the truck by and David performed a detailed assessment very quickly and walked me through the repair and what all is entailed. The damage was significant enough that it required replacing the door and needing paint matching. What impressed me about this place and staff is their willingness to deal with all my questions(there’s always a lot), how punctual they were and how well they communicated. They provided flexibility with my schedule, they communicated and updated me(without asking) about the work progress. It’s always nice to come across good customer service even when you’re being difficult. The team doing the work on the truck did an amazing job, the door and the paint blending looks better than it did before I brought it in. Thanks guys

Recently took our Honda Accord in hoping to get a reasonable estimate. They even offered to honor an estimate they had given us a year or so ago, and we looked at several small areas of the car in which I did not just want to default to pay the maximum for a new part if there were other options. We went forward with paint and bodywork on a scratch/debt and also some small touchup areas, and made plans for getting a roughed up wheel back into good shape as well. I worked with David at the front desk and he really helped me to explore the different ways to repair, and they were able to come to my house after I caught an Uber back home since I just had my fob and couldn't get into the house without the garage opener. That was well above and beyond, and it really helped me out of a silly oversight. If you're looking for someone to partner with you to fix it up like brand new if that's what you want (in our case looked perfect), or to look at other options if appropriate, they can do either or all day long. I've already got plans to bring my truck in and this will be the body shop that I will return to in the future. Thanks Rember's for a job well done! Update: I had a second visit in late June 2025 I needed 9 inch fender flares for my 04 truck. They're very hard to find, instead they were able to take them off resurface and paint them and it looks fantastic! Very reasonable on the price and great work (again). Thanks David!
