I originally left a negative review after having front lower control arms installed on my 2022 GMC Sierra. Shortly after the repair, the truck developed a clunk that wasn’t present before. The dealership later found a disconnected sway bar link and a backwards-installed camber bolt that required correction. After discussing the situation with the owner, he reviewed the concerns and refunded the full labor charge. While I’m disappointed the installation issues occurred, I appreciate that the owner contacted me directly and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. Because of how the issue was handled after the fact, I’ve updated my review to reflect both the original experience and the effort made to make things right.

Have been doing busy with La Car Porte for years. They are very professional and knowledgeable on mechanical needs for my vehicle. (2013 Chevy Truck). Today state inspection with no issues. In the past I have had oil pump replaced, engine diagnostics done, A/C repair and brakes done and have not had any issues with any of that service. Communication is great keep you updated on the status of your vehicle during repairs. Great quality and service. God bless 🙏😇.

My Husband has done business with them for over 10 years now on a vast array of different vehicles, both foreign and domestic, and had zero issues. The owner, Michael Eland give out his personal phone number, you can call him anytime of day, he will answer, and try to help the best he can. Always spot on and has quick turnaround times, usually 2 to 5 days if parts are readily available.

This is H Monroe here. I want you people to know that I have been coming to la car Porte for the overall 10years now and in fact is I’ve had much better results with their efforts of repairs on my vehicle then I have with the dealers under extended warranty, and that is frustrating. I’ve actually had taken them my vehicle to a dealer under warranty, and I had to bring it and drop it off at la car porte and they picked up the pieces and put it back together correctly, but I wanna recommend their service of their timing is good. Their person are friendly and efficient and it’s just a good good good business to deal with thank you.
