Excellent Service. Had a pleasant experience with Frank’s Collision at La Porte for my car repairs. I was kept informed about progress during the repairs and vehicle was completed on time. Car came out looking very neatly done.
View on GoogleHorrible service. My AC still doesn’t work after my accident. I even took my car back there and they said everything was working perfectly fine. They told me it could be the blend door actuator and to have it replaced. I did and it still does not work correctly. My AC blows hot air while the car is idle but when I start driving it works but only if it’s on full blast. Even my AC and recirculation buttons are broken and don’t work anymore unless the heater is on. Such a disappointment!
