Stay away! Asked the guy how much does he charge an hr, he said the rate is $95/hr. I sent my driver in for a small repair and got a bill for 2.6 hrs. the actual job was 15 min. I was willing to pay for 1-1.5hrs labor, but the moment we started talking he said he charges flat fee and not hourly like he said in the beginning

My truck broke down, and as the owner, I started looking for a service near the truck and found this company nearby. I called them, and we agreed on the repairs. The driver arrived for the repairs, and that’s when the problems started! The driver has the right to ask what you are doing so that he is not cheated and can drive safely afterward. Your employees were very rude in communication. At first, they quoted one price, but after the repairs were done, they said the parts were more expensive and named a sum higher than what we had agreed upon. The driver was treated with a lot of disrespect! When the driver asked to double-check if everything was done correctly so he could leave and work, he received a lot of negativity. Guys, this is not how business is done. If you repair trucks, be professionals, not scammers! Be honest and kind to people because these people provide you with work. Otherwise, you will lose all your clients! I will never want to contact you again because you are not professionals, and I cannot recommend you to anyone!
