The team at Kings Automotive went above and beyond by personally delivering our truck to our home. That level of kindness and care is rare these days. We’re so happy we found this family owned mechanic! Last month our beloved ford explorer started blowing smoke and was leaking oil from transfer case, Daniel and his team were able to get it quickly diagnosed and had our transfer case replaced for an extremely competitive price and agreed to use parts we provided! This week I had another issue with my explorer, which they took care of same day (I had called on a Saturday after business hours, and surprisingly Daniel still answered the phone and told me to bring it in Monday morning). Also the best thing is that when I came in on Monday and had my two year old with me, they gave me a ride home! We took the car on a road trip and it drives better than when we purchased it! I will bring all of my cars here, I wish I found this repair shop earlier!

Leaving with my family for a vacation in Colorado, my transmission failed. I contacted 2 other places and they couldn't see me. King's was a great experience - and I went into it with a lot of reservations because of experiences at other shops. Every step of the way King's proved I was concerned about nothing. I had to get my 1999 Silverado transmission rebuilt, and they finished it before it was promised. The price quoted was the price paid, no surprises - and they installed a new rear main seal for the cost of the part. The warranty is outstanding and I am very happy with the work. I will definitely use King's again and will recommend them to friends.
