Just super honest, reasonable, and diligent. They're not pushy at all. Not only do they have all of the top-of-the-line equipment that is required to correctly diagnose your issue, especially related to alignment and suspension - they will work with you to find the best fix for the best price. I had a recurring issue with my wheel alignment. They correctly diagnosed the cause of the issue, but what they did next was what was really special. They agreed to do a more labor intensive job to replace a specific component within a part of my suspension rather than replace the entire part. This saved me a good chunk of change. It would have been easier and quicker for them to just replace the entire part, but they knew that replacing the one component was all that was necessary and that it would save me money, despite it being harder for them. Just super upstanding on their part. A month later and all alignment related issues are gone. They could have tried to squeeze me for multiple parts and tires, but they did not. They fixed what was necessary and were straightforward with me about my options every step of the way. Thanks Blagg!

However, they looked up my tire warranty (from Walmart) and were able to tell me that they were still covered by the warranty and tell me the nearest Walmart with an automotive department.
