I had been looking for PowerSteps for my truck for almost a year and called several places, but I couldn’t find anything that fit my budget. When I finally called Tire & Wheel Source and spoke with Luis, the experience was completely different. He took the time to explain the different types of power steps, recommended the best option for my truck, and gave me a fair price that included parts, labor, equipment, and warranty coverage. They installed AMP Research PowerSteps, which are known for their smooth operation, quiet motors, and OEM-style fitment. The team worked around my schedule, customer service was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they even completed the install ahead of schedule. The installation was very clean and professionally done. Definitely a 5-star experience. Great experience! Stopped in to look at some tires because I had run mine down beyond what felt comfortable driving with my kids in the truck any longer, guys at the front gave me three options that I asked for. Had the tires in stock, installed and down the road in no time.

Man this place is great the people there are cool and very knowledgeable of what's going on and the prices are fair man I would definitely be a lifetime customer man for all your wheel/tire needs man go check them out this the wheels and tires I got appreciate it man

This is the worst repair shop I've ever been to. They don't take responsibility, they don't do their job properly, not even for something they messed up themselves. I've been trying for over two months to get them to fix my truck because of a shock absorber they installed that left the truck crooked. Don't waste your money or your time here. With the comment you just left just shows that you take no accountability of what the reality of the situation was. I didn’t even put on here about my 4 tires being replaced and you guys braking my center caps. Then after multiple conversations and several days passed you guys would not take responsibility and I ended up paying for half just to get them replaced for something that was not my fault. I specifically came in for front struts replacement and you left my right strut messed up. I always was in contact with Jaime and Cesar about leaving my truck I didn’t just show up so maybe you should have a conversation with your employees first. Also, I shouldn’t have to be fitted into the schedule, I should’ve been first priority because I payed upfront cash just as asked. I took my truck to another shop to confirm that the issue was the front strut you guys placed and I also let you guys know that if I took it somewhere else that you would take responsibility and replace it and you gave me your word. And now you guys called to let me know that you aren’t going to be responsible because I took it somewhere else.. it makes no sense and now I have to be pay for a new front strut just to have the issue fixed. Just be honest so when future customers go to you they know what kind of service there getting into… a truck shop that is all talks and no action.
