It was a great pleasure to visit this place. We came to have a tire repaired, and everything was done exactly as we expected. To our surprise, they did not charge us any money, and the reason was not explained. We are also grateful for the respect shown — the TV was turned off so that we could read our prayer without distractions. Of course, thank you very much for the free service.

That is great customer service to keep a memory of your customers. They completed an AC repair this time and they were efficient and decent priced. I highly recommend this location.
View on GoogleEvery time I visit, I receive stellar service, which speaks volumes about the management. The team at Sun Auto has saved me from inconvenience multiple times, from quickly repairing a flat tire during an ice storm to providing honest feedback about damage to my vehicle caused by a dealership. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me, but instead they provided photo proof of the damage and strongly recommended that I hold the dealership accountable for the repair at no cost. I followed their advice and didn’t have to come out of pocket at all. This level of integrity starts with leadership, and the manager, Terry, along with the entire Sun Auto team, truly deserves more than five stars in my opinion.
