I called them to hoping to get a quote for a list of services my truck needed. Was planning to take it to them instead of the dealership if their prices were better. But the gentleman who answered the phone wasn't interested in quoting accurate prices. He just casually quoted a $2000 lump sump price without telling which services would be performed and what each would cost. Said, "I'm not going to do that over the phone. You can come in for that". Ha. That's NOT how you win customers and new business. He could have spent 5 minutes giving me the info I needed, would have won my trust, and I'd have gladly brought my vehicle in. But someone who won't even give a customer time on the phone, how well would they treat their vehicle? What kind of service would I expect to receive? In contrast, three different Chevy dealerships took their time to explain each service item that was suggested to be performed, gave detailed, itemized prices, were super professional. Guess the dealership IS the way to go after all.

14 trips for an A/C repair. 3 burnt up compressors, paid to have every part in the closed system replaced don’t ask how much. Up charged on parts prices ridiculous. The last trip I was told the A/C was cooling and were refusing to work on your truck per the owner who is never present and I was told would never return my calls. Took the truck to 2 other reputable dealers both diagnosed the same, contaminated system due to shoddy work and not evacuating the system properly. Leak was found at both shops within 15 minutes, new parts and repaired elsewhere within a day. At times Rick’s had my truck for up to 2 weeks. I took the newly installed parts back that were faulty offered to show them the problem and was asked to leave. All I asked was a bit of compensation for the parts and they refused. Since Rick sold the business I have had several bad experiences this being the worst. Their charges for parts and labor are ridiculous. Think long and hard about ever using them for anything. They have fired more mechanics over the last 2 years than any shop I have ever encountered verified by their former manager Terry who tried to help me and he is no longer there. Worst mechanics I have ever encountered. I was a 30 year customer. Never again !

Do not go here for a manual transmission fix. Especially on a foreign car. Lord have mercy... -Took nearly 3 weeks to get parts and change the clutch -Had to take it back within a couple of months 'cause something else went wrong with the clutch (blanking right now on specifics) -Clutch needed to be replaced 2.5 years later. I am pretty sure they were just doing a youtube tutorial and trying to learn how to do this for the first time. I didn't even bother calling them again to complain about their work. Would rather just have someone do it correctly this time. Worst experience.

New management has turned this place around! Awesome experience. Showed me step by step what was going on with my brakes, test drove it to make sure everything was good, and I’m back in business. Super helpful and great customer service! Thanks!! Will definitely be going back.

No honesty and No skill. - Estimated $1600 for changing the radiator for the leaking coolant. I paid $40 for nothing because they said they had to charge the check-up fee if you don't get the service here. I went to other mechanic, and he said the radiator is fine. GM's bad Engine gasket problem was found after 80k miles. He charged $800 for replacing the new gasket, and the car is fixed well.
