I brought my daughter’s Ford Focus to Mike’s Auto Repair Shop specifically for a door handle replacement. I was initially quoted about $400, then told it would be closer to $600 due to broken pieces inside the door. I agreed, expecting a proper fix. Three days later, I had to call them myself to find out the car was ready. When I arrived, they mentioned boosting the battery and checking under the hood—something I never authorized. They couldn’t provide any policy to justify that. The worst part: the door handle was installed so poorly that it fell off within a day. When I pointed this out, the owner got defensive and ultimately told me to just take the car—he didn’t want my money. That left me with a damaged car and no resolution. Fortunately, I found another shop that fixed it properly for much less. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. My experience was unprofessional, the workmanship was poor, and I felt misled. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Great place with great people! They really take care of your auto needs. One of the guys there—I’m not sure if he was the owner—took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through all the maintenance my truck needed. That was really helpful and gave me a lot of confidence in their service. I took my 2019 Dodge Ram in for work, and they did an excellent job. It’s been about a month now with no issues at all. On top of that, they also provided a one-year warranty, which shows they really stand behind their work. Highly recommend this place.

Very honest at all times and provided me a list of the parts to purchase it and save money. The AC is working excellent and I am very happy wit the service and their honesty. 100% recommended
