But today’s experience at the Texas location really stood out in a very positive way. The reason is Khalif. He is an incredibly kind, friendly, and communicative person. Even though my English is not very strong, he explained everything clearly, calmly, and in a very professional and respectful way. He truly listens and cares about the customer, and that makes a big difference. This is the kind of employee who represents the company in the best possible way. If more people were like Khalif, customers would always want to come back. Honestly, experiences like this make me want to return again and again and remain a loyal customer. There isn't a single bad person at this site. All fantastic to work with and come here often. They need the ability to change oil but the people here are just above and beyond. 5 start regardless

When you ask them a question, they respond very rudely and say things like, I don't know.If you don't know, then you shouldn't be working here,go home and find another job. There is also one Black guy here who is very disrespectful. They took 4hr to change a tire. Even though I’m not a mechanic, I could change it in twenty minutes
