They were amazing! Quentin was so easy to talk to and helpful. As a woman it was great dealing with people who didn't try to take advantage of me. Informed me of a possible recall to try first before spending cash. How rare it is to find such an honest company.
View on GoogleAWESOME WORK!! HUGE recommendation. Car feels just about brand new! And the pricing was generous. When I said I wanted my AC fixed and my man said he'd "make it snow", he wasn't lying. They were honest and forthcoming every step of the way, sending videos of the work and the new steering. Now my handful of a vehicle makes the cleanest turns I've seen in years! Will totally come back. And they were super nice and responsive!
View on GoogleOn Thursday I was stranded for almost 6 hours by Bush park in Houston! My Truck had given up and I was by myself ! The truck it was the battery so I called my son who came to help even bought me a new battery.. just to discover it wasn’t the battery so he said you most had just run out of gas.. he bought gas and nope the battery was charged but the car refused to start so it took almost 3 hours of frustration before we decided okay time to call an expert after googling for towing trucks we got lucky and found Katy Car Care center!! Praise the lord for such a great place from the beginning it was a pleasant experience first Joshua the tow truck driver was superb . He was respectful efficient and kind!! Then we got to the original destination just to find out that the first place was closing and that place had promised to wait for me and work on. My car well I was so so upset I told them to take a hike! At that point I said Joshua let’s go to your shop there I met David wow what a gentleman he kept his word 10000% no ifs or buts about it! It turned out it was the fuel pump ! He send me several videos and was the best experience I had with a mechanic here in Houston I would recommend katyCar Care to all Texans because nowadays it’s so hard to find good honest mechanics and specially the few that keep their word and prices down David Gave me a fantastic price and fix my air conditioning!! From now on on he is my personal mechanic for as long as I live here in Houston ! Thank you so so much to Joshua and David for their extraordinary service always with a smile ! David took great care of the situation, I was given a thorough inspection with actual photos and videos of the assessed damage. No work was done until I had given the ok and once all was completed, they tested everything multiple times to make sure the work was performed as good as possible. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs and applaud their phenomenal work.

He was able to restore it like new for a very good price. He worked hard on my car, and I was able to save money during the process. When I arrived to pick my car up, it was super clean and detailed, and David even cleaned my engine like new. I was very happy with the service, and I was shown a video through the whole process of the job. I highly recommend Katy Car Care Center, if you want a company who you can trust!
