Customer service was horrible. As I waited in line, a car came in behind me and got serviced before me. No big deal, I was serviced immediately after. I had just purchased tires from them less than a month ago and got a screw in my tire. I asked for it to be patched instead of plugged and I was told they couldn’t do it because the screw was on the side (which it wasn’t but okay..) After plugging the tire I asked about warranty and he was annoyed with me asking questions and answering me with an attitude. After I paid with cash, the worker snatched the money out of my hand and proceeded to walk off. I called him out on snatching the money out of my hand and I asked for a receipt. I was told I couldn’t have one.. it’s Mother’s Day on top of everything and the unprofessionalism, rudeness and disrespect was unwarranted. I would never spend my money here again!

Absolutely love this place. Always give the worker at least a $10 tip. They are so fast and extremely affordable. 🙂 Discount tires won't even do plugs or patches anymore, because they want you to buy a new set of tires... Ins of fixing the actual problem. Good job! View on GoogleWith no doubt or hesitation this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. Extremely professional and fast service even though they are very busy! Their rates are the lowest with no competition. They charged $100 for installation of 4 tires ( over size 295/35/21) which took them 20 minutes. Not a fancy place but they get the job done right and without BS rates!

View on GoogleTheir work is amazing but honestly, it’s the customer service and attitudes that they have that will drive customers away. I personally wouldn’t come back here only because the tone they use to speak to people that put money in their pockets. When I called to ask how much it was for a used tire, the guy asked what was the size and I told him I wasn’t sure and he hung up. I go to the shop and it’s even worse. Again, this doesn’t take away from the fact that they actually get the job done but their customer service is 0/10. I can almost guarantee if they knew how to talk to people and up their customer service skills, they’d have a customer for life.
