I had my 2019 towed in for a water pump replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very transparent about pricing and exactly what work was needed. They were informative and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Special thanks to Jim, Kevin, and Cody for helping me out and staying open so I could pick up my suv. I truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I had a tricky noise issue in my car and ended up making several visits, but every single time they patiently listened to my concerns, went on multiple test drives with me, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. They eventually found and fixed an issue that was genuinely hard to identify. My car is finally running perfectly again, and their honesty, patience, and professionalism made the whole experience stress‑free. Definitely coming back… just hopefully not for the same issue 😃

View on GoogleI went in to have my car checked since the flat tire light was on. Adel welcomed me and listened to my concerns and immediately took action to address my car problem. Within less than 5 minutes, I had my car back with the air in my tires properly topped up and inflated and was good to go. Best of all, Adel didn’t charge me anything for the quick and efficient service. I will be using CincoAuto more moving forward. This business and their people know how to properly service cars and their clients.

Adel M. did an awesome job and made sure to take my input into account when doing the work (camber and toe specifics). They’re upfront with pricing and it was reasonable for my car and requests. Shop waiting room was clean and ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. 14/10 would recommend. I will definitely be going back here!
