I want to start by saying that if I could give this review a zero, I would. My car was essentially smelling like gasoline, and most of the time, the smell was strong. If I had to rate the initial strength of the smell on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a four or five. I had witnesses who actually smelled the car before I took it to this place that I regret taking it to. I took the car in and a gentleman helped me. By the way, he could be a little nicer to people if I’m being honest. He did a smoke test and told me that the fuel pump cap was broken. They gave me an estimate of $526. For me, that’s a lot of money, but I need to fix it. I left my car there and went home. The next day, as I suspected something was going to happen. One of the guys working there called me and said that the actual fuel pump was cracked. The total to fix that was going to be $2000 plus. Of course, I immediately declined the offer and said that I was going to go pick up my car immediately. As soon as I arrived at the place, I started complaining about why they were charging me $500 for a job that didn’t even get the problem fixed. In response, they were able to give me a discount. If you’re ever in a similar situation, please don’t be afraid to speak up and fight for your rights. It’s not fair for these people to steal your money and charge you for things that aren’t fixing the problem. They just take your money. After paying the amount of money that I paid after the discount, they handed me the keys and I went into the car. The smell of gasoline inside was even worse than when I brought it. I can’t even explain it. These people got mad because I didn’t want to give them $2000 plus and they got so upset that I refused to give them money for free. They did something to my car. I immediately took that car somewhere else after I got there. As soon as I entered my neighborhood, the smell of gasoline invaded every corner of it. I turned around and went to a reputable mechanic shop. They took the car, and let me tell you, the pricing was 60% cheaper. On my way to the shop, I was getting dizzy and my head was throbbing with headaches because of the strong gasoline smell in my vehicle. After dropping the car off, I told my dad to take me to the local hospital. They took me in, and I just got out a couple of hours ago. I hope my health doesn’t deteriorate further because if it does, I will definitely be taking legal action against this terrible shop. I have the hospital bill as proof, and I have five witnesses who were around the car. They saw the card inside before I even brought it to this place, and they all confirm that the car didn’t smell like that. Please spread the word to everyone reading this review. Do not take your vehicle here. They will overcharge you and won’t even get the job done correctly. I strongly advise against this shop. For your own good, your money, and your time, don’t waste it.

I’ve been coming here for my oil changes for over a year, and every experience has been excellent. The team is always professional, friendly, and provides great customer service. They are quick, honest, and make the whole process easy every time. I truly appreciate the consistency and the way they take care of their customers. Highly recommend!

We just had significant service completed on our 2015 Jeep Rubicon at 125k miles (tires, brakes, fluids, oil change, filters, thermostat). Moe was our service manager and he and the Cinco Tire & Automotive Techs did an outstanding job. The work was completed on time as promised, fair price, excellent communications, and the Jeep feels great! I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved.Thank you Moe and everyone who helped make this an extremely positive experience! Excellent service - having just moved back to the USA, I was particularly pleased with the advice. One of the employees gave me regarding going to Kroger to get my registration sticker. Didn’t have to do this, but it saved me a lot of time and hassle. Very grateful.

Very friendly staff and super helpful. Mr. Mo and Mr. Billy are knowledgeable and give you an understanding of anything your vehicle needs. They service vehicles and help perform inspections. Above all if it is something they cannot assist with they will guide you on how to go about things that you can take action on to fix the vehicular concern
