I’ve always only gotten inspections or oil here. But I finally had a more serious issue and gave them a try. I got all 4 brakes replaced at a really reasonable price. The front desk was nice and helpful as well as the gentleman working on my car. He was very straight forward and respectfully educated me a little bit about the brakes!
View on GoogleIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my car in expecting a straightforward repair and instead got hit with one of the most questionable bills I’ve ever seen. They charged a labor fee and then, unbelievably, added an extra $480 for “removal and replacement of parts” which should be included in labor in the first place. To make things worse, there was no clear breakdown of the charges at all. Just vague line items with no real explanation of what I was actually paying for. When I asked for clarification, I got unclear answers that didn’t add up. On top of that, they kept my car for two full weeks with barely any communication. Every time I reached out, I got vague updates or no real timeline. It felt like they were stringing me along while running up the bill. Save yourself the stress, time and money. Do NOT go here. There are far more honest and transparent shops out there that actually respect their customers.

The customer service is excellent aswell and the team there worked with me to make sure the job got done to a standard that would make me more than happy. Fabian a mechanic at the shop is quite nice aswell, and promotes good honest work. All of the work they did on my Silverado was taken care of in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this shop compared to many others
