As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at this auto shop! I brought my son’s car in for an oil change and a diagnostic, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Joshua was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The owner, Chris, was also very friendly and welcoming. I truly felt treated with respect, which means a lot. They were transparent about everything, explained the diagnostic results clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on before moving forward. The prices were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. It’s not always easy to find an honest and professional shop, but this one definitely earned my trust. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!

Instead of just replacing parts, the team took the time to run multiple diagnostic tests and found that the actual issue was a faulty sensor. Such a great experience here! I’m honestly someone who tries to avoid anything car-related 😅 but my husband was busy, and it was time for an oil change… so I had to go on my own. After looking around, I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did! The shop is super clean and very well taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the best part, no one tried to upsell me on anything. I was totally ready to say “no thanks” to extras, but there was zero pressure at all. They took great care of my Porsche, and when they were done, my car was parked right in front of the door, so convenient! Also, such nice little touches inside, good coffee, snacks, and even activity books for kids. My daughter loved that part 😊 And the price honestly surprised me in a good way! I expected it to be a lot more. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Chris and the guys were extremely professional, patient, thorough, and delivered with a sense of urgency. My wife and I have found the ONLY mechanic shop we will ever take our vehicles too for maintenance and repairs. It’s extremely comforting to know we have someone we can trust, and not second guess if we’re getting worked over for unnecessary repairs.
