I had a great experience with Azle Mobile Mechanic and wanted to share. My 2017 Jeep Renegade started overheating this morning — the temperature gauge went all the way to “H.” I topped off antifreeze and fluids, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I reached out to Ethan, and he came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem: a hole in the thermostat housing causing a coolant leak, along with a hose connector issue. He was able to repair the hose and even saved me $25, but the thermostat housing needed to be replaced to fully fix the problem. Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. He showed me both the defective and replacement parts, explained everything clearly, and even pointed out a radiator hose that may need attention in the future. He also provided a receipt and offers a 2-year warranty on his labor, which gave me added confidence. Because of the convenience and honesty, I’ve saved his contact and will be using him again. Ethan was great! He got to my home on tine nad was done very quickly with no issues at all. He helped me with some shock upgrades and quick brake replacement on a F350 while I was working. I will definitely be using him again.

After an issue with my suv not starting. I quickly googled a shop near me. Found his mobile service which is awesome. Ethan showed up very quickly after I called. Did a full diagnostic’s on my suv and then told me my battery was shot. He went to pick up a new battery. Installed it. Did a great job where a dealership would have charged me way more. Love that he comes to you. No towing no major expenses. Will continue to use him as I need him. Highly recommend Ethan and easy guy to talk to. Effortless.
