Auto Revival

We just moved to Justin about a year ago and found Auto Revival. We took our Ford Escape in because my transmission completely went out on me and they got it fixed in a timely manner. All the staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully we have no other car problems but if we do we’ll definitely use them. Thanks for helping us.

I’ve gone to this shop a few times for oil changes and inspections… two days ago i scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived early 9:40am… and the lady asked if I had a ride. I explained I had an appointment and was going to wait. She explained that waiting wouldn’t be an option and asked if I wanted a ride…. Which is strange because it was just an oil change? Idk. Just very odd that they didn’t plan according to appointments and she started explaining how long it would take 2.5-3 hr. They should have called before I arrived because that’s insane for just an oil change? Just a waste of time. Left and went somewhere else. I’d recommend removing appointment slots online or managing them better. Won’t be back.

I came here hoping to find an auto shop that wouldn’t upsell me or take advantage of me, & overall I had a pretty good experience. When I first arrived, I was a little confused about where to go, better signage or more detailed instructions in the appointment email would definitely help. Check-in was quick, & the associate at the counter was friendly. I was told my oil change & tire rotation would take about an hour, & my car sat for around 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment before being pulled in, which wasn’t too bad. The lobby area was decent, though it could use a deeper cleaning. The TV channel playing was a bit obnoxious, & the WiFi didn’t seem to work while I was there. That said, the staff was friendly throughout the visit, & I really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured into extra services or unnecessary add-ons. The prices are a little higher than some places, but honestly, not being constantly upsold made it feel worth it overall.

Don’t hesitate for a second to take your vehicle to Auto Revival! When my brakes suddenly failed, panic set in fast—but Ben made room for me right away, turning a terrifying situation into one of reassurance and care. He and Mike quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed in no time, getting me safely back on the road with incredible efficiency. Their professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency truly set them apart. They didn’t just repair my car—they went above and beyond to help me in a moment that could have ended in a very serious accident. That level of dedication and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. Auto Revival is the kind of business that genuinely puts people first, and I’m beyond grateful for the way they showed up for me when it mattered most. This shop is very honest which I value highly. I came in for a service but they let me know that service would not fix my car and I should start looking for a new one. I easily could have been convinced to just go ahead with the service or even get more unnecessary work done, but they told me the truth instead of cash grabbing. They didn’t charge me for the diagnosis and even showed me what to look out for when the car is officially giving up so I could continue driving it until the very end of its life. They also gave me great tips on what I could do to try and extend its life for as long as possible. The staff is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m glad to know this shop is here, and it will definitely be my new go to.
