This place has truly turned around. I was genuinely surprised by how outstanding the service was—especially with the new management and new team members. The service was exceptional, and this location has clearly begun to show its true potential. In my case, my truck’s battery died, and Gage—without hesitation—offered to take me to a competitor so I could replace it under warranty. That is true customer service. I highly recommend this place, and it has earned my full respect. As long as they continue to have a team like this, I will keep doing business with them.

I am beyond disappointed in the service I received on Tuesday, March 24th. I decided to get an oil change on my break, as I always do. However, this time my experience was extremely frustrating. I spent 45 minutes waiting for a simple oil change. During that time, an employee attempted to upsell additional services, but I declined and requested only the oil change. After about 40 minutes, I went outside to ask how much longer it would take. A younger Hispanic man told me it was done and that they were just completing a safety inspection. When I went back inside and looked out the window, I saw that no safety inspection was being performed. This aggravated me because if I’m stepping outside to ask for an update, it’s clear I’m already growing impatient. After several minutes of no safety inspection being done, he finally collected my payment. He then told me I could back my car out myself. Normally, they always pull my car to the front, but this time he didn’t. When I asked if he could pull it up, he responded that he didn’t have to, but he would. I found this extremely rude, especially since that level of service has always been the standard at this location. I went outside and told him not to worry about it. Then I realized my key had never been handed to me. After looking around, I found it sitting in the drink holder. This upset me even more because he didn’t hand me my key or even tell me where it was left. I am very understanding of customer service workers, and I am usually patient. However, the treatment and lack of care I received from this staff member were unacceptable. I spoke to a manager, and she stated she would address the issue. I truly hope a conversation is had regarding his customer service and overall professionalism.

Everyone was very friendly. I was able to stay in my car during the oil change so that was a plus for me while not feelingmy best. I would definitely consider them again if I'm in the area.

I went in to get an oil change and wasn't pushed to add any extra services, upgrades, etc. I was told what was looking good, what I might want to check or replace at a later time, etc. It wasn't until that was all done, and I'm thinking to myself "I hope the manager doesn't find out that this person isn't trying to upsell me on anything!", that they introduced themselves as the manager of the location!!! AWESOME! I got the pleasure of chatting with everyone in the shop and they were all very nice people. Their honesty, friendliness and all around good "energy", has made a new lifelong customer out of me. Truly a 5 star experience and I highly recommend checking them out.

Man I hate to write this review. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for almost 20 years…. The other day they messed up on my oil change and all the oil ran out of my car on the highway…. Dashboard lights up smoke is going everywhere so we pulled over immediately. They were able to fix the issue they caused and get some oil in it before major damage. But were reluctant to give us our money back for the oil change. Then after my 5 hour oil change we pull away and the washer fluid light was on. So I stopped to fill the washer fluid and I notice when they swapped the air filter they left a piece of it on the floorboard. I don’t even know where it goes. This was a huge mess and I’ll never return to this place again. For my trouble they said they topped off my gas… I look and they put like 5 dollars in to get a quarter of a tank. Clearly don’t know what top off means either. Never again.
