Having DIY auto repair experience I knew this repair required professional attention. All About Autos took good care of us. Quickly diagnosed then explained the issues and provided a detailed estimate with a fair price. They recommended they take the truck to their transmission experts for detailed analysis, which they did. As feared, the transmission needed to be replaced causing a bit of an unexpected delay in completion of the work. Truck is running better than it has in years. Definitely worth the fair price we paid. I will be a return customer should the need arise.

So I had to take my Kia in to the shop to be assessed for insurance purposes. And while I did not use their service directly because the claim was ultimately denied, I would absolutely use them the next time I have csr troubles. My favorite mechanic. The only place I trust with my diesel and regular car needs. They did a phenomenal job with my 1 ton. Mike and his team provide all-around care for our family vehicles. They take care of any challenges that arise and are quick to answer the phone if you have any questions. They even stay late from time to time if you need to drive all across town to drop it off. Without going into a lot of detail, I had two rather urgent issues and they were taken care of very timely. Customer service is excellent; staff professional yet friendly; great patience in explaining in detail what my issues were; and I will now be a forever customer with great confidence in the work being done to my vehicle. My second experience with All About Autos - 5 months later I took my car to a dealer for an oil change "special." The dealer advised I had many issues needing "immediate" attention, providing a list of them to me. I immediately took my car to All About Autos. A full inspection was completed, and all but one of the dealer's recommendations for immediate service were NOT necessary. At this time, I also chose to have some basic maintenance (fluids changed) completed, and this work was done in a minimum amount of time and the prices for each service excellent. In addition, I'd like to add that I did not have someone to pick me up from All About Autos, and they were willing to take me home & provide a ride back when the work was finished. A+++++ customer service!
