I paid them almost $4000 to fix my truck. The part they said it needed cost $2500. They replaced it, & it worked for a day. They replaced it again, still not working. They said they replaced it 4 times, still not working. They said there’s $7,000 more work that needs to be done. I said “no” to further work & asked for a refund. I’ll pay for labor & diagnostic testing, but wanted a refund on a part that didn’t work. They wouldn’t do it. I’m all about doing what’s fair & right, but that’s just not right. They’re not trustworthy. And quite frankly, they don’t care. Update: Today (02/26), they finally towed my truck back to my house (even though they originally said it would be towed on 02/24), and this was the way they left it (see photos). Parts left out on the hood, on the seats & a panel left on the floor. Is this really the way y’all do business? Extremely unprofessional. I’m speechless.

I had my car serviced on Saturday and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto care place. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The whole team really seemed like they liked their job and meshed well as a team. It was actually the most comfortable I have ever felt in the type of place. The music was great, the atmosphere was great as well. I will definitely taking my business there from now on.

Very courteous, fast, great safety communication and job related communication going on all over the shop during my visit. Everyone was tatted which is great because I don't trust people to work on cars without tattoos lol! Yall are either paying these folks well, valuing them as employees, or both because it shows through their attitudes! Great job!
