The new staff that are their now are very helpful and personable. I'm editing my review. Yeah the staff are nice but one of their staff service people caused major damage to my oil pan on my Volkswagen Passat which caused it to heavily leak oil because they over torque the screw which caused it to be stripped. They refused to take ownership of the damage that was caused by them but still took my money for the oil change. I had to spend a good amount of cash to have the oil pan completely replaced due to their negligence. I will NOT ever go to this establishment for any service period. It's to the dealership from now on for an simple oil change.

The service here is amazing! I came in for my routine oil change but also asked them if they could properly bolt on and fasten my engine shield which had just been a mess ever since I hit a pot hole. I came in with an ugly mess under the car and they took care of it efficiently and got it properly attached looking good as new. These guys know what they’re doing and will go out of there way to help you. 10/10 coming back!

I used to come here all the time when this was Kwik Car and the service was great. It is now Speedee. I went today to get my oil changed and an inspection. I will not be back. It took almost an hour for an oil change as everybody stumbled around not knowing what they were doing. At checkout, I asked the guy if my inspection papers were in the car and he looked at me blankly and said, "you wanted an inspection." At this point I was so fed up I just paid for the oil change and left for the last time until someone else buys this location.
