I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent. They were super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my dad and I felt taken care of. It’s hard to find a place that’s both efficient and genuinely kind, but this place definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I visited REV Auto on Colleyville Boulevard because I was having an issue with my brake lights, and I honestly had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, respectful, and very helpful. They explained the problem clearly and started working on the car right away without any delays. The repair was completed on time, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was the price — it was very reasonable for the quality of service they provided. Professional work, fast service, and great customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

What a breath of fresh air!! After a terrible experience (again) at the dealership, I looked for well reviewed places and I found Rev-Up. They were AMAZING. Smart, professional, courteous, kind, clean waiting room, I can't find enough good things to say about them. The pricing is fair but not cheap, you can tell you are getting smart and experienced professionals who will do the job right. The pricing (both parts and labor) is incredibly transparent and there was ZERO pressure. Just education and professionalism. I won't be going anywhere else, and I plan to use them for all of my vehicles. I would give them 10 stars if it let me.

Fast and reliable service - four fluid service on a classic car. Oil, transmission, rear differential, replaced oil pan gasket, Fuel filter and Battery. Awesome job and great communication

Super bummed to have to post this. Brought my car in a few months ago for a check engine light. Got spark plugs and a few other things done paid $1300 roughly. Within 2 days the light was on again. I brought it back and was told it was a dirty sensor. Left and again within the following weeks my light went on and off multiple times again. Finally went back in and had them check it again and change my oil. They called me saying they did the oil change and this time the throttle body was dirty. I told them I would be there soon to get it. I got a ride from work and showed up and they couldn’t find my keys anywhere. Then he starts looking around outside and my car is also no where to be found. He goes into the shop and comes back out stating one of the workers had taken my car on an errand and was 20 minutes away. I was floored. He asked me if I could come back because it would be a while. I had to call someone to come pick me up again. They said they would drop it off at my work. An hour went by and my car still hadn’t shown up. I contacted them and he said they would be there soon. Another 40 minutes went by and finally they showed up. I was able to verify with the oil change sticker they drove about 40 miles in my car and also didn’t put gas in either. Mind you my work is only like 6 miles from the place. Needless to say I will never be going back and I’m sure my light will be on again any day now. Super disappointing experience.
