Honestly, they have not done any service on my vehicle. I called in asking for a quote. I ended up buying a transmission and asking them if they would just put that in instead, which due to their policies they do not. I'm giving a five-star review because the woman I spoke to on the phone was so professional and nice, which is a nice breath of fresh air. Every transmission shop I called this week the guys were either very short or just plain rude. She was even nice when she said she couldn't help me, and recommended another shop. From what I understand this shop has been around for a while, and it shows.

Very Honorable!! I brought my car here anticipating transmission issues, but after they took a look and found out it was not the issue, they didn't charge me! This is a huge deal as they actually did the diagnostic work to get to that point. I'm not saying they provide free services, but in the midst of all the car trouble I was having, I really appreciated the integrity.

Was told by the dealership that I had a transmission leak and they wanted $239 to diagnose where the leak was. My independent mechanic recommended Reed’s and they were great! They looked at my car and I had no transmission or any type of engine leak. There are still honest, good people in the world. Highly recommend!

The staff here are the best. Just got my truck fixed. Had multiple issues wrong and while some other shops in the area told me it would be atleast 3 weeks till they could even look at it, Reed's had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a week. New clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing and more. Very professional and quality work for a reasonable price. 👏

Ladies, if you need transmission work on you car, take it here! You won't be taken advantage of. What needs to be done, will be done and done right the first time. There's no blinker fluid or muffler bearings, just straight forward honest mechanics. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you for all your work on my 99 Toyota Camry, thermostat, oil and of course, the transmission. Runs better then when I bought.
