The service manager Jorge has been extremely helpful in guiding me through my Jeep renegade issues. His guidance and willingness to take the time to explain things to me has helped tremendously. Professional and courteous service all around.

View on GoogleEven though they weren’t able to fix the issue themselves, they went the extra mile by taking my car to the dealership to have it worked on. They brought it back, and everything seems to be perfectly fine. I did have to follow up a few times, but they were always very responsive. While I can’t comment directly on their repair work since it wasn’t done in-house, they appear to be a busy and professional shop, and I believe the work would have been done correctly if handled by them.
View on GoogleUpdate 6/13/21 - Continued service and great communication. Trusted. Shout to Bradley and everybody at Novak Motors. They helped me get my truck running strong again. (Waited a week to post this and no engine light or squeaks anymore) Very friendly and kept me up-to-date the whole time. Told me recommendations but did not force them on me. They even gave me a discount & complimentary ride when I needed to drop off my vehicle. Clean waiting & restroom too.
View on GoogleTwice I have been told by other Hurst service centers that to repair the a/c on a Saturn Outlook and GMC Acadia would cost $4,000.+. In both cases I took the vehicles to Novak Service to get a second opinion. Both were repaired by Novak for under $900. I fully believe these people are honest. Thanks to Jorge ,Shane and staff. Good work guys.
