I had to take my car in because of a recall issue. It was easy to set up an appointment and everything was handled very smoothly. They provided Uber service to take me home while they worked on the car and to pick me up when it was ready. My primary contact was Rachel Nunley who is always on time, efficient, and very cordial. Other employees there with whom I interacted were the same. Maortiz Kia provides excellent service.
View on GoogleI went in to speak to a service rep about repairs they had previously done and they had idled my Kia too high causing the vehicle to dangerously over accelerate from a stand still to 25-30 mph rapidly even in reverse!!! They refused to assist me without payment for something they handled my car for before and sent me away without any oil in my car after seeing the problem they caused! It was not in that condition when it was brought over to them, but they refused to even make attempts to assist with the idle arm or the oil since it wasn’t like that originally! I was very dissatisfied with their poor customer service. I have since purchased another vehicle and I’m quite pleased with it!

Touched base with the best service advisor, Martin, and he went above and beyond to get everything fixed. He communicated often, pushed hard with the warranty company to help get the covered items completed, etc. So greatful for all his assistance.
