I recently brought my truck into Kinney's Tire & Auto Service for an alignment, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The difference in how my truck drives now is night and day everything feels smooth, straight, and solid again. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. The manager was especially helpful and professional, taking the time to explain the process and making sure I felt confident about the work being done. It's clear they care about both the quality of their work and their customers. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend Kinney's Tire & Auto Service to anyone needing reliable and honest automotive care. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance.

I have a long history with Kinney’s. I have had a lot vehicles worked on over the years and they have always been the best garage around. Prices are reasonable and they do great work. Josh and Victor were awesome to work with. They did a great job on my daughter’s car. Thanks guys. Will be back

When I want to make sure it's done right, I take it to Kinney's. It's well worth not "cheaping out" on important repairs. Their pricing is reasonable and their service and their work are stellar. Mr. Tim Abrams comes across as one of the most kind hearted people you'll ever meet. He's not smug or flippant and doesn't show annoyment when he has to tell you the same things he has to tell everybody. He's empathetic when he tells you how long or why this and why that. I found Kinney's because it gets bragged about on Facebook when people ask for mechanic recommendations. I take my car there in complete confidence.

My family and myself have been loyal Kinney customers for well over a decade. That right there says a lot about their quality of work & customer service. Most recently I dealt with Tim who did an excellent job: easy to work with, quotes are extremely accurate & fair, and just great communication all around. I was in & out with a scheduled appointment for new brakes, rotors, and 40K mile suggested services. Not only did Tim and the techs do a great job, they also brought up another repair issue that doesn’t need immediate attention, but something to keep an eye out in the future. Most auto shops would have presented it to me as “well it’s already here so might as well fix it now”. But Tim was very honest/transparent and told me I would be fine waiting on the repair. So that right there is rare in that line of business and just goes to show why I always find myself at Kinneys when I have any automotive issues. Highly recommend! If you have your doubts then least you could do is give them a call for a quote. You won’t regret their quality of work.

My neighbor recommended this shop to me years ago. He used to work here and recommended Kinney's as a shop who did quality work and didn't play games. This was the second time I have worked with them. The first was for a complicated diagnosis that even Nissan got wrong. My issue on that van ended up being some kind of electrical problem that Kinny's resolved. It saved me thousands in parts as Nissan recommend a new catalytic converter on my Nissan NV3500 and that wasn't actually my problem. Fast forward a few years and my new van needed brakes. After calling a few shops and running into issues with there garage door height being to low, I remembered Kinney's. They have a huge door! You could probably bring in a bucket truck if you needed to. Certainly no issues bringing my high roof Mercedes Sprinter van in and they actually have the equipment to work on large vehicles. During both visits, the cost was fair, the drop off was easy, and I was able to pick up earlier than expected. Can't really ask more than that. Will be back again but hopefully not to soon.
