SCAMMERS!!! Zero attention to customer service!!!! Reply to their reply: I PAID YOU ALL $1500 AND YALL GAVE ME BACK $500 only. That means yall ripped me off by $700 for the two parts that only cost $300 at the original dealership!!!! I’m stunned by yalls unprofessionalism. Is this how you talk to a customer?? Unbelievable. No wonder the “5 star reviews” given to yall are by one partner’s friends!! I took my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan here for oil leak. dealership quoted me at $2200, and these guys said they would do the same things on that list only for $1500. And they gave me a loaner car which was heavily smoked in and they charged me for that. Anyway; I took my car back 3 days later but I couldn’t even go one mile before the engine light was on again. I call them; their answer is “bring it back so let’s see” only to reset the light so it won’t be on again. They spent all these 3 days to figure out where the leak was coming from! Next day, which was a Sunday, I saw oil leak on my driveway again. I couldn’t run any errands that day as I was too afraid to drive my car. Monday morning, they say they need additional 3 days to figure it out. I said, “just give my car back to me, I’ll take it to the dealership”. Again, one mile out the shop, I saw SMOKE from the hood and I had to pull over. I barely made it to the Volkswagen dealership and I had these guys tell VW what parts they replaced. Turns out that Kar Keys only replaced two cheapest parts on the list which cost $300 at the dealership, but were BS’ing me about the “other repairs”. They refuse to give my money of $700 back! By the way, they never provided a receipt or anything so I’ll make my formal complaint in regards to that as well.

I haven’t had any issues here! My oil changes have been cheaper than elsewhere and the wait time. I think i waited over an hour at Quick kar before going here. They also fixed my headlight without any charge. Thank you TJ!!

I have been recently in this work shop to fix my Honda crv and got fixed with very minimal charges cited in front . I find this work shop has very genuine and friendly team members. Compared to other work shop, this workshop charges me 60% lesser then local pit shop. Ask the owner he is very helpful and he has ample of experience on Japanese automotive from electric to dent service. I personally recommend here because of the price and friendly staff members.

Do not go here… Update: owner is asking me to remove review. I did take the car to crescent and they used kar-keys for the repair. Both are shady, and I would not trust any vehicle with them. I have a tracker in the car showing where it was exactly. And I also showed up seeing that the car was being worked on at Kar-keys. Owner, I will not be taking the review down.
