I bought this used Jeep as a fixer upper as every warning light on the dashboard was on. I took it to Matt to diagnose all the issues including the suspension. He figured out everything I needed to drive it safely on the road and we came up with a list of fixes to address now and those that I should do sometime later. I appreciate Matt explaining the issues in detail which helped me decide what I should fix as it has a lot of issue. Now I had a reliable and safe Jeep I can cruise around town, all the dashboard lights are off and I can’t wait to get the top off.

Wish they lived up to their name My family has been going to Integrity for years and always had a great experience until recently. I took my SUV in with a check engine light in last month, they did a great job of servicing the vehicle and the owner Matt called me to approve the work before it was done. Last week, my check engine light came back on. I took it back and received a text stating I owed about $250 for a new gas cap and for a diagnosis that should have been covered under the warranty and work as stated on their bill. I called to ask why the work wasn’t covered since the same codes were given from the last “repair” they did in January. Before I could even ask the woman at the front desk started screaming at me, I asked her to please stop and she continued to scream at me, I asked to be transferred and was to a mechanic. He was the one who called another family member instead of me (the owner) to “authorize” the work, he admitted that he messed up. I went in to pay in order to get my car back because I did not feel comfortable leaving it there with them. I have been waiting for a phone call from Matt for 3 days and still have not received one. I am extremely disappointed that this is way they are choosing to do business, I will never be back after this and I am going to report them to the BBB since obviously they don’t honor their warranty work or care for their customers.

I got in my car to go to work and then away for the weekend and I didn’t have any a/c in my car. I brought it here and they were wonderful. The fast tracked my car and I had it back in 2.5 hours. So I’m off on my weekend away! Thanks Integrity Auto! You’re truly awesome.

Matt and his team were incredibly friendly and went in for oil and tire repair. Matt noticed the engine light and asked how long it had been on. He checked the code and then had a tech look at it. I ended up leaving my car and I AM NOW DRIVING LEGAL AGAIN! No more expired registration. They replaced the o2 sensor. Drove the car to make sure it would stay off and was able to do a state inspection the next day without me replacing all the exhaust like I was told down the street. THANK YOU
