Edit. I am changing my review to a 1 star. There was a interim manager that told me the previous manager was doing "shady work." I had a clutch put in, not even 3 months later it was done. I paid about $800 (clutch and other work) and another $1000 to have it corrected elsewhere.

I want to start by saying I haven't used this business to do any repairs on any of my vehicles. Today I was at the Auto Zone next door to Hurst Best. An employee at AZ switched out a battery in my truck and suddenly my truck wouldn't run right. An AZ employee called Omar from Hurst Best to ask for input. Omar spent a surprising amount of time consulting and investigating the issue with my truck on his own time. He wasn't going to make any money off of me, but he still came over, not once, but two times, to help out. That is a type of customer service that is almost completely gone. Omar deserves recognition for his kindness. Also, when I got my truck to my trusted mechanic, his assessment was spot on the same issue Omar described.
