I've had the need to have some work on my vehicle recently and I did quite a bit of research before I ended up going with Charlie. I've heard about him and his reputation as an honest, trustworthy, straight shooter preceded him He did a small job for me first (oil leak/gasket replacement) and then a few weeks later I needed some much more involved repairs due to a coolant leak. He informed me that he had been sick for a few days and he was behind on jobs that were lined up ahead of me so he couldn't nail down a specific time frame for completion. Well, long story longer, he got me in and let me know about some other issues I had and I knew I had them prior to taking it up to him. He gave me a very reasonable and honest quote with a more than fair time frame. I can't begin to express how thankful I was to find him and his services and recommend using this man for any issues you may have with your vehicle. Thanks Charlie, very much appreciated.

View on GoogleI've used this shop for years, he is always up-front with what work needs to be done in your car, calls with updates if necessary, is polite and respectful, and does quality work. The only one or two times I've had problems after his work have been due to parts failures, which he handles the warranties of. I strongly recommend this shop.
View on GoogleMy brother turned me on to Charlies Auto repair in Hurst Texas. The owner is Charlie was very nice and answered any questions I had. My wife's truck needed $1982.50 of work on the front end supposedly from another Auto repair company in Bedford. I took it to Charlies and was told it would be $139.00 total. This floored me. I told him it's so hard nowadays to find a honest mechanic, A/C man, Electrician and Politician. He is my go to Auto mechanic from now on. Thx Charlie, I'll be back !
