Outstanding service! The team here was extremely helpful with my emissions test and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I got off of work early and decided to stop by and get my inspection done. I went here last year and even though she was short handed, the lady was nice, quick, and personable. Today- I park, roll my back window down so I can hear when they call, and get on my phone to wait my turn. She comes and asks me to move so the oil tank (or big truck, anyway) can get in and I did as directed, no problem at all. I park in my new spot and roll my driver window halfway down so I can hear. Later, an SUV pulls into the, now, full parking lot right behind me. I'm thinking, "how am I gonna get out when it's my turn?" But then the gentleman that works there met this customer right outside my window and he lets the customer know there's quite a few in front of him, but if he'd go park he'll get to him as quick as possible. Mind you- this gentleman has seen me waiting as he walked by several times to get the next vehicle, and the lady knows she asked me to move to this spot, and then this conversation happens right there by my window rolled only half way up... I continue to wait, and wonder how they know who's next when so many of the vehicles these days are white (one of THE MOST popular colors from manufacturers), everyone is scattered, waiting in their cars, between two parking lots. Wondering if I have been skipped by a white van who I'm pretty sure pulled in after me... but then, the customers who pulled in behind me gets called in to the bay ahead of me. So at least one, maybe even two people, were helped ahead of me after I had been waiting nearly 40 minutes. Based on my extensive customer service training, I will not do business with a business when customer service isn't a priority.

Wonderful staff and quick and easy emission testing. First come first serve. Arriving early was beneficial.

Came here for State inspection had 3 vehicles in front of me and was pleasantly surprised at how quick they got through everyone. That was with one inspector down! Would recommend for quick inspection.

Just avoid. It’s not worth being treated like dirt. Read the negative reviews, they all say the same things. I have been there two times and will never be back.
